11. Compliance with Kenyan Law

MamaRide complies with the provisions of the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 and guidelines issued by the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC). All collection, storage, and processing of data is conducted in accordance with Kenyan regulations, including:
