Contact our support team immediately with your ride details. We'll help you connect with your driver to retrieve your lost items. Most items are recovered within 24 hours.

How do I report a safety concern?

Your safety is our priority. Use the SOS button in the app during emergencies, or contact our 24/7 safety line. All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly.

Can I schedule a ride in advance?

Yes! You can schedule rides up to 7 days in advance. Simply select your preferred date and time when booking, and we'll confirm your driver 30 minutes before pickup.

What if I need to cancel my ride?

You can cancel your ride through the app or by calling support. Cancellations made within 5 minutes of booking are free. After that, standard cancellation fees may apply.

How do I update my payment method?

Go to your account settings in the app and select "Payment Methods." You can add, remove, or set a default payment method. Changes take effect immediately.
